Field of activity:

Supervision of the lipid geochemistry laboratories of the Sedimentology group

• Extraction and chromatographic separation of lipids from rock and sediment samples as well as bacterial cultures
• Preparation of samples for GC-MS, GC-irm-MS, and HPLC-MS analyses
• Maintenance of the lipid geochemistry laboratories and the data base on biomarker samples
• Sample storage and ordering of lab equipment
